 When you use the USB C Hub, please pay attention to the computer interface you connect to only support charging, data transfer, or both functions. If the port you plug into only supports charging, then our USB C Hub can only supply power to your computer, and cannot provide data transmission for your computer (ports such as HDMI, Ethernet, etc. cannot be used). If the port you plug into only supports data transfer, then our USB C Hub cannot charge your computer.

• 4K Resolution: The USB C hub HDMI port supports resolutions up to 4K@30Hz, backwards compatible with 1080p@30Hz. But the final resolution of HDMI output depends on your host devices whether supports 4K.
• Connection: Using an extra extension cable or port conversion adapter for the hub is not recommended. Because it can cause slow transmission, HDMI port not being recognized, or other connective problems.
• 2.4 GHz wireless devices (such as wireless keyboards and mice), MIDI devices and some USB 3.0 devices may not be supported, or may not work in close proximity to a hub or other USB 3.0 device.
